By playing Red Eye To or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

The game

Red Eye To is free to play and is in beta, so things may change, break or be reset while we improve it. We may add, change or remove features (including scores and history) at any time.

Your account

• Use a real email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create accounts for other people without their permission.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You can delete your account any time from your account page.

Usernames and fair play

• Usernames can't be offensive, profane, hateful, sexual, or pretend to be someone else or to be official.
• Don't cheat, automate play, interfere with the site, or try to get around limits like the 3 nightly attempts.
• We may change a username, remove scores, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost. Geographic information in the game is for fun and isn't suitable for navigation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Red Eye To and the people who run it aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
